My Method

My method consists of three strait forward steps and starts with looking at what is there, why do you feel stuck, what is going on in your life. Then we create a plan according to your needs with clear goals and milestones. At the end we put everything in practice and adjust when necessary.

Step 1 - Investigating


We don't know what we don't know! The first step towards true transformation is raising awareness and highlighting what is covered in the dark. I will guide you through a process where we list what is there and uncover what maybe only others can see. We paint a clear picture of your current state and highlight the areas where you have hidden potentials, visions or dreams.

Step 2 - Adapting


Once we have discovered what is holding you back, challenging you or letting you struggle, we can start to modify and adapt your beliefs and values. We create a clear action plan according to your individual needs. We look at your environment and think about changes and adaptations. At the end you have created your unique path to more independence and freedom.

Step 2

Step 3 - Experiencing


Finally, we put into practice what we have developed so far. You go out there and experience how it feels to change. Let's manifest and strengthen your new self. And when obstacles come across, we face them and find ways to remove them. The ultimate goal is that you are comfortable in your new personality and you are surrounded by a harmonic environment that appreciates you.
